Atom "A" (Rep)

 

Boys and Girls born in 2008 and 2009

Atom A1 and Atom A2

4 Ice Times Per Week Plus "Away Games"

Includes 1 Session per week with a Skill Development Coach

2 practices per week plus opportunity for dryland

Atom A3, A4 and A5*

3 Ice Times Per Week Plus "Away Games"

Includes 1 Session per week with a Skill Development Coach

1 practice per week plus opportunity for dryland

$779.00 for players registered by July 31

$879 for players registered August 1 or later

Tryout fee is $185 for A1, $150 for all other Atom Rep teams.

Note: Rep Fees will include the cost of additional ice vs our C program

There will be a team fee which will include the cost of tournaments, on-ice officials (referees and linesmen) for Home games and miscellaneous expenses.

All families will be required to contribute volunteer hours to the association.

Hockey Canada Atom Program

 

Hockey Canada Atom Pathway  (Core Skills)

  

Game jerseys are loaned to players. A jersey deposit cheque will be required.

 

Our Atom teams participate in  tournaments throughout the season. There is a team fee that includes tournaments and the cost of on-ice officials. 

 

*Please note, you will experience ice cancellations 

due to tournaments and other events that are scheduled at the arenas.  

This is 'normal' and is factored into our pricing.

 

Goals for the Atom Age Category are:

Fun
Refining of basic skills
Intro to team tactics

The Hockey Canada Atom Program Recommends the Following Practice Time Allotment:

50% Technical skills
20% Individual tactics
15% Team tactics
10% Team play
5% Strategy
