New Hockey Player Registration

For players new to the Richmond Jets MHA:

New to Hockey requirements:

  • Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association player registration certificate  Click here to download

  • Copy of birth certificate.

  • 2 pieces proof of residency. Players must play in the city/municipality/draw zone that the reside in. The primary piece of proof of residency must be a copy of your property tax assessment or lease agreement (all pages) and the secondary piece must be a utility bill such as BC Hydro, Fortis BC, or Cable. It must be the full invoice showing a service @ address and not just the mailing stub.

Please note:
If the player has a NON-Canadian birth certificate please contact the registrar at for more information.

Once we have the documents we can build you a profile in the Hockey Canada registry and you can then log onto the RAMP site and complete your registration and make payment.

The registration package should be dropped off at one of our mailboxes - one is located at Richmond Ice Centre in the main lobby on the wall near the stairway to Stanley’s Bar & Grill. Minoru Arenas also has a mailbox in the main lobby.

Thank you to these generous sponsors!
